STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
COMPLIMENTARY TWO-DAY SHIPPING (DOMESTIC)
We will send an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Processing times will vary depending upon the item ordered. All orders will be shipped via 2nd day Air Fed-Ex.
Please note that two-day orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday will be processed on Monday and should arrive two business days after shipping. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
FEDEX OVERNIGHT DELIVERY FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Processing times will vary depending upon the item ordered. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) Monday through Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday will be processed Monday. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery are not available. Every order is subject to review and you will be notified for backorders and special orders.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery. We will not change the delivery address once a shipment has been sent out. If you are unable to receive the package at your designated address, you have the option of picking it up at the Fed-Ex location notated on your tag left on the door.
Delivery to P.O. and International Destinations
At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for US addresses.
Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the Vault Jewelry Collection, are final sale. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchanged unless defective. Some other exclusions may apply.
ONLINE & STORE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit for items returned within 14 days. For items returned within 30 days, we will offer an exchange or merchandise credit. Every return must be accompanied by a sales receipt and unaltered, unworn, and in a saleable condition. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. All personalized items, including custom and engravable pieces, as well as designs from The Vault Jewelry Collection, are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time

After you have shipped back your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item back to Evermark Jewelry for return or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except for cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchanged unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
